On Thursday, December 8, DIMSTE team presented the project “Design of Joint Master Degree in Sustainable Transport Engineering” at a cluster webinar meeting for winners of the EU Erasmus+ program “Strengthening the Capacity of Ukrainian Education for European Integration.” More details about the department’s project can be found here.
Co-organizers of the event included: the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine; the Directorate-General of the European Commission; the European Agency for Education and Culture of the European Commission; National Erasmus+ Agencies (tbc); the Representation of the European Union in Ukraine; the Office of the President of Ukraine (tbc); the Government Office for the Coordination of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration (tbc); the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine; ESN-Ukraine; EMA-Ukraine, and other beneficiaries. The objectives of the meeting were:
- to integrate newcomers into the Erasmus Community and align projects with national strategic priorities, addressing current challenges during the state of war.
- to share experiences on how projects continue to operate in the new reality and explore opportunities for complementarity and synergy with other projects and programs (such as Horizon Europe).
- to exchange experiences, best practices, and the impact of beneficiaries.
The teams of projects in the following thematic areas joined the event: International Credit Mobility (ICM); Youth and Higher Education Sphere – Virtual Exchange Projects (EVE); Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE); Erasmus Mundus (EMA); Capacity Building in the Field of Vocational Education and Training (CBVET); Jean Monnet Program (JMA).
